“Made my mind at ease. No worries and no stress! Pacific Cross makes traveling problem-free, may it's local or overseas. And IFRC does it professionally and in minutes. Absolutely without a hassle when it's transacted through them.”
“It’s now my fifth year with Pacific Cross medical insurance. I was able to use my PC Blue Royale card when I was rushed into the ER after a bout of pneumonia. No hassles – it went without a glitch, easy, and flawless. The hospital staff just swiped my card. Everything was well taken cared off. I am a satisfied used and a true believer!”
“I am happy with how IFRC assisted me when my windshield broke twice. I appreciate that I am talking to people who want my claims to push through, rather than looking for a technicality to deny it. This feels reassuring.”
This is the initial step where you, as the customer, review the different types of insurance products the company offers. This could include health, life, auto, home, or other forms of insurance. You would compare the coverage levels, benefits, deductibles, and premiums of various plans to find one that best matches your personal or business needs and budget.
Once you have a general idea of the plan you want, this step involves providing the insurance company with specific information about yourself and what you want to insure. For example, for auto insurance, you would provide your car details and driving history; for life insurance, you would provide your age and health information. Based on this data, the company calculates a personalized price (the "estimate" or "quote") for the policy you're interested in.
After you agree to a quote, this is the formal application stage. You must submit the necessary documentation to finalize the policy. This "paperwork" could include filling out detailed application forms, providing proof of identity (like a driver's license), or submitting other relevant documents (like a vehicle registration or a medical history form). This step confirms all the details needed to legally create the insurance contract.
This is the final step. After your requirements have been submitted, reviewed, and approved by the company (and you have likely made your first premium payment), your insurance policy becomes active. "Getting covered" means your protection is now in effect. The "peace of mind" refers to the financial security and confidence you have, knowing that you are protected against the risks outlined in your new "IFRC policy.
